et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Upper Entrance<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This route is the shortest and most direct link between our property and Via Brigata Casale, but it features a very sharp turn that requires careful maneuvering.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A) From Via Brigata Casale, at the \u201cFarmacia\u201d sign, turn toward Erta di Sant\u2019Anna and follow the road downhill for about 100m<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B) Take the first road on the right (marked with a dead-end street sign and no trucks allowed) and follow it for about 80m slightly uphill<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C) Take the first small road on the left going downhill. PLEASE NOTE: the turn is tight and requires 2-3 maneuvers for most cars. <span><\/span><u>DO NOT GO STRAIGHT BEYOND the intersection: you will be entering private property!<\/u><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D) After 20 meters downhill, you will arrive at the gate with the \u201cLe Lavandere\u201d sign<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_6 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_2 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_code_0 et_pb_code et_pb_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_code_inner\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/d\/embed?mid=1jfmbCuOrOCoxKoHXKot-fg978zYfySg&ehbc=2E312F\" width=\"1920\" height=\"480\"><\/iframe><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_3 et_pb_row et_block_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_7 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_2 et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_5 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lower Entrance<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">This route is the longer of the two and involves a few more intersections, but it has no sharp turns.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">A) From the roundabout on Via Brigata Casale at the intersection with Via Monte Sernio and Via Campanelle, take Via Campanelle (the first exit on the right of the roundabout when coming from the direction of Venice)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">B) After 70m, before the bus stop, turn left. The road immediately turns right and, continuing downhill, crosses a cycle path, then turns right again passing between two rows of apartment buildings <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">C) After about 250m you will reach a new intersection: turn left and after 40m downhill turn left again. After another 100m on level ground, you will reach the intersection with Via Pagano <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">D) Stay on Via Cesare Dell\u2019Acqua by taking the road on the left, the one with the dead-end street and no trucks signs.
