Directions

How to reach us

Here are the two routes
to reach our property by car

The access roads to our property are not suitable
for long vehicles such as caravans, minibuses, and vehicles with trailers

Upper Entrance

This route is the shortest and connects our property most directly to Via Brigata Casale, but it has a very tight turn that requires a driving maneuver.

  1. A) From Via Brigata Casale, at the “Pharmacy” sign, turn towards Erta di Sant’Anna and follow the downhill road for about 100m
  2. B) Take the first road on the right (sign for dead-end street and no truck traffic) and follow it for about 80m on a slight uphill
  3. C) Take the first small street on the left downhill. CAUTION: the turn is tight and requires 2-3 maneuvers for most cars. DO NOT CONTINUE STRAIGHT PAST the intersection: you’ll enter private property!
  4. D) After 20 meters downhill, you’ve arrived at the gate with the “Le Lavandere” sign
Lower Entrance

This route is the longer of the two and involves a few more intersections, but it’s also the one without tight turns.

  1. A) From the roundabout on Via Brigata Casale at “the intersection with Via Monte Sernio and Via Campanelle, take the latter” (first right exit from the roundabout coming from the Venice direction)
  2. B) After 70m, before the bus stop, turn left. The road immediately curves to the right and, continuing downhill, crosses a bike path, then curves right passing between two rows of apartment buildings
  3. C) After about 250m you’ll reach a new intersection: turn left and after 40m downhill, turn left again. After another 100m on level ground, you’ll be at the intersection with Via Pagano
  4. D) Stay on Via Cesare Dell’Acqua by taking the road on the left, the one with signs for dead-end street and no truck traffic. Here the road becomes narrower
  5. E) After about 300m, you’ll find the entrance gate with the Le Lavandere sign on the left.
